EXCHANGE

 

Exchange of goods is possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, if

its product appearance and tags are preserved.

 

We can exchange for another size/color or any other item of our brand.

 

The exchange takes place after checking the item.

 

 

RETURN

 

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the package.

 

In case of rejection of the mail order:  

prepayment is non-refundable, she

covers shipping to both

parties and % of Nova Poshta for the imposed payment.

 

The store reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if: 

 

- Missing tag;

- Unpreserved product appearance;

- There is a smell of perfume or sweat;

-No exchange/return form.

 

*Exchange/return delivery services are paid by the customer.

 

*Underwear: bodysuits, swimsuits, panties, bras - cannot be exchanged/returned.

Delivery throughout the territory of Ukraine is carried out at the rates of the "Nova poshta" service within 2-4 working days from the moment of confirmation of the order.

International delivery is carried out according to the tariffs of the "Ukrposhta" service all over the world, except for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

The delivery time is 14-21 days.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday until 2:00 p.m.
